Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty

Vest, Fan, and Battery have a 1-year warranty for defects. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If any issues arise during the one-year period, you may return the product. To start a return, contact us at burtle@southerncarlson.com.

If an inspection shows the issue is due to defective workmanship or materials, we will repair (or, at our discretion, replace) the item free of charge. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
